In today's complex business environment a one dimensional approach to recruitment is unlikely to be sufficient. In order to attract the best candidates we use a combination of recruitment methods: executive search or headhunting, advertised search and database search.

We conduct a first interview to fully brief the candidates on the role and explore their track record and character fit. These interviews are the centerpiece of the selection process in order to check the candidates' strengths, weaknesses and intentions and they are completed by an analysis of the curriculum vitae and of the references.

We regularly keep you informed about the progression of the process, the results of the research and provide you a shortlist of only the most suitable candidates.

We assist in the contract negotiations and we review progress with you and the candidate you chose to ensure you're satisfied with what has been delivered.
