Job Description:
Reports to: Marketing Manager Cardiology (Primary Care).
Achievement of Brand profitability and target market share.
Development and implementation of long-term and short-term Brand strategy.
Development, implementation and control of marketing activities according to the agreed strategic objectives (including ATL, BTL, PR activities for end consumer, pricing strategy.
Cost effective planning, management and control of Brand budget.
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of Brand and market performance.
Planning and managing market research activities according to objectives.
Co-operation with advertising, media and PR agencies, including media, Planning, creative concepts development, advertising materials, PR strategy.
New products/stretches launches activities: Sales forecasting, Packaging, Launch campaign development.
Close collaboration with Sales and Medical support departments to ensure brand plan implementation.
Development of Creative.
Ideal Candidate: 2-4 years brand management experience (Cardiology is preferable).
Strong analytical skills.
Creative.
Languages: Fluent Russian & English
